Built for the layer most development never reaches.
LIVE.CØDE is a professional development system for Vietnamese professionals who have outgrown surface-level development. Founded in 2024. Operating in Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi, and online.
Most development works on the wrong layer.
Courses sell knowledge. Workshops sell skills. Both have been commoditized by the internet and now by AI. What neither addresses is the operating system underneath: the patterns installed by circumstance, family, education, and culture, running below conscious choice and producing outcomes that get called character.
LIVE.CØDE works at that layer. Not as a course. As a practice architecture.
Not more information. Not more motivation. Better conditions for judgment, communication, and movement.
One architecture. Four capacities. Fifteen months.
The Coreloop runs monthly: one Drop essay, fourteen days of behavioral practice, one community application session, one Debrief. Fifteen loops across three phases: Internal Infrastructure, Outward Application, Integration and Depth.
Observe the pattern before attempting to change it.
Reason from what you actually perceived, not what you wanted to conclude.
Externalize what you actually mean, not a managed version of it.
Act from clarity. Not urgency. Not approval. Clarity.
The Practitioner Portfolio.
Every existing credential answers what a person knows or what they can do. The Portfolio answers a different question: what kind of person is this, and at what rate are they becoming more of it?
Six months of documented practice across real conditions. An Impact Record of twelve verified instances of shifting another person's quality of thinking or communication. Exit artifacts drawn from the actual practice record, not produced independently of it.
Harvey Tran
Harvey spent a decade operating inside systems that had to perform - logistics, operational execution, the kind of work where precision is not a preference but a requirement and vagueness is simply failure. That background is what LIVE.CØDE is made of. Not the persona of a coach. Not the platform of a speaker. The architecture of someone who cannot build without understanding exactly how a thing works at the level that produces outcomes - and who applied that same requirement to a question the Vietnamese professional development market had not seriously addressed: how does a person's operating system actually change, and what conditions make that change real rather than performed.
He runs the Coreloop personally each month. He reads every Practitioner Portfolio himself. He writes every assessment. The standard holds because he holds it.
